What you can use without an account
You can build one plan without creating an account. The website keeps your active draft, preferences and any device-saved plans in this browser. Clearing browser data can remove them. A Firebase guest identity protects and limits AI requests; it is not a marketing signup.
When you create an account
Google sign-in shares your basic account information with LEVWorth. Account plans and their conversations can be stored in Firebase for use across devices. A new-account alert containing your name, email and account identifier is sent through Resend to caitlyn@levglobal.co. Guest identities do not generate signup alerts.
AI, maps and retailer searches
Using the assistant shares your message, relevant conversation and plan with OpenAI to prepare an answer. Public research may send search terms to external search services. Do not include payment details, private medical records or other sensitive information in a planning prompt. Equipment searches share search terms and preferences with Shopify/Shop; product images and links contact third-party retailers. Maps load OpenStreetMap content. These providers have their own privacy policies.
Payments and security
Square processes membership payments. LEVWorth does not receive your full payment-card number. Server-owned payment and subscription records control paid access. Google Firebase, App Check/reCAPTCHA and hosting services process identifiers and technical data to protect the service. Essential browser storage supports drafts, login, preferences and membership return status. Advertising analytics are not configured.
Your choices
You choose whether to save to your account, share a plan, or send an inquiry. PDF generation takes place on your device; conversation content is excluded by default. Sharing creates a copy that the recipient controls. To obtain a copy of saved account plans, use Download my account data in Account. You can also email us to request access, corrections, or deletion; we may verify that the account belongs to you.
Retention and international processing
Saved plans remain in your account until you remove them or request account deletion. Service and financial records may need to be retained to resolve transactions, prevent abuse, and meet applicable requirements. Third-party providers can retain their own records under their policies, and information may be processed outside your country. Contact us about your privacy rights and available options.
